For sia Abrasives Industries too, the event has developed into the world's leading major trade fair in the automotive sector. Patrick Keller, Head of Marketing Automotive and Composites Division at sia Abrasives Industries, is more than pleased with the way things turned out at Automechanika: "The mood all round is positive. There were huge crowds of visitors at our stands in Hall 11.1. Automechanika is an excellent platform to present our new products for us and is an excellent opportunity to main and extend our business relationships. We are able to reach existing and new customers here directly."   The highlights of the sia Abrasives stand were clearly discernible. We launched the high performance abrasive 5550 siaprime, the impressive 1950 siaspeed P800 – P1500 inclusive the siasoft quality, the practical and unique dispenser of 1913 daisy disc PSA at the Automechanika. Last spring we launched our innovation 7241 siacarbon, which we showed again at the fair with great success. Our visitors were most impressed of these new qualities. The attractive positioning of the bright and open stand amazed our visitors on a space of 81 m2. We could clearly communicate our leading role in the abrasives industry to the visitors of our stand. sia Abrasives was the only flexible abrasives producer which had real news and real innovations on the whole Automechanika!
