In a recommendation dated 12 December 2008, the Disclosure Office of the SIX Swiss Ex-change AG granted the shareholder group an exemption from the notification requirements to the effect that it need not render a report in the event that its shareholding should fall below the threshold of 66 2/3% due to the exercise of employee options, provided that this threshold is exceeded again by 22 December 2008.
