The Board of sia Abrasives Holding AG has decided to submit the matter of the restriction on voting rights prescribed in the Articles of Association to shareholders for a vote. For this purpose, it will call an Extraordinary General Meeting with a recommendation to retain the currently applicable five per cent restriction on voting rights. Notice of this Extraordinary General Meeting will be published shortly
