| The Board of sia Abrasives Holding AG has taken note of entrepreneur Giorgio Behr's public offer to acquire all sia shares through Behr Deflandre & Snozzi BDS AG, the investment holding company he controls. The Board of Directors will carefully analyse this bid and comment in due course.
Giorgio Behr has increased his stake in sia Abrasives from 24.9% to 37.9%.
