In connection with the announced public tender offer by Bosch for sia Abrasives Holding AG, the Company will hold an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders in Frauenfeld on 16 December 2008. The business of the meeting will be to remove the restriction on voting rights prescribed in the Articles of Association and to elect directors to the Board. The notice of this Extraordinary General Meeting will be published on 19 November 2008.
